At SpinPadelPro, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, here's how to proceed.

Return Period

You have 30 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing justification, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users).

Product Conditions

• The product must be in its original, unused condition and with its original packaging.
• Returns of products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or without original packaging will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

1. Send an email to spinpadelpro@gmail.com stating your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will reply within a maximum of 48 hours with shipping instructions.
3. Once the product is received and verified, we will process the refund within 14 days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of receipt via spinpadelpro@gmail.com or by calling 629 764 634. We will cover all costs and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
